I live outside the area in Pennsylvania and was traveling on business. I had a flat tire and had the fortunate luck of dealing with Rallye and their customer service. I was treated like I was a regular cust on business. I had a flat tire and had the fortunate luck of dealing with Rallye and their customer service. I was treated like I was a regular customer. In fact, the experience was so smooth, pleasant and positive, it was a refreshing client experience. I went on to tell almost everyone I saw that week about their service as an example of what to strive for and deliver. I still talk about the experience now, weeks later. Can't say enough thank you's to the tech's, front desk and service team. They made it extremely easy for an out of town customer to get a tire replaced effectively the same day it was dropped off, coordinate, communicate status and get me on my way. Great job! More

purchase brake pads for my BMW m6 Com Grand coupe on 08/23/23 had it install did the break in procedure. These pads cost over $600 and they Sqeek like crazy. Can't drive my car cause it's embarrassing with that noise. Come to find out this is an ongoing issue with the M pads and the dealer knows about. Called them to return these pads and they gave me the run around. Made a complaint with BMW Of North America and they also know about the issues with these pads Now its up to Mike the parts Dept manager to resolve this problem with me cause these pads need to be returned for a refund. Haven't driven my car for almost a week cause of these PADS More
