My customer service person was friendly and kept me updated. However a 2-3 hour wait became 5 hours of my sitting there. I can’t blame anyone because things are out of control (internet, bolt stuck on updated. However a 2-3 hour wait became 5 hours of my sitting there. I can’t blame anyone because things are out of control (internet, bolt stuck on something) however I would have thought there was a coffee/tea station somewhere I saw signs for Bistro and a showroom but didn’t want to go wandering. Suggestion if there are things to do while waiting someone should inform a customer. I had no idea where to get something to eat, drink etc. TY More

Frank Trotta is the Service Advisor I request when making an appointment. He did what was needed (not what isn't needed). I purchased the additional service package at the time of my leasing as indicated on my lease agreement and they claimed they “could not find it anywhere on the paperwork.” I went home and saw it clearly sai my leasing as indicated on my lease agreement and they claimed they “could not find it anywhere on the paperwork.” I went home and saw it clearly said, right in the additional charges, for $700. They are now pushing extra services for lease vehicles that used to be covered and are no longer. My father was a mechanic and perhaps they think they can get one over on a woman. I’m thankful my father taught me better. More
Had so many issues. The problem started when Rallye BMW changed my front tires, initially Bridgestone tires changed to pirelli tires. Without my consent.. After changing the tires the vehicle slips while turning and I have been complaining from the beginning. The dealership said this will be fixed after driving some time. But the problem wasn’t resolved. I had oil pressure Alarm and I went to dealership to fix this and also complain about the slipping of the front tires while turning. Dealership said that this is differential complaint and they need to replace and in order to replace the differential I need to change the rear tires( the tires were good for another 10K miles) at the time the car was less than 20K ( when I changed the front tires the car was less than 11K) I changed the tires and the differential. The problem still not fixed. When complained they said that all X5 have that problem. Oh.. the other thing is after changing the rear tires the dealership ship put different size tires - 20” on one side and 21”on other. The vehicle was driving weird and they corrected. The AC was not working and I returned the car again complaining about the slipping of the front tires. They told me that I have to change the front tires. I have to use my tire insurance to change the tires again which dealership is at fault from the beginning which again is less than 10k. Either they initially put the bad tires or the dealership did not know what they are doing. Anyway they did not lose anything, I did - costs more than 2200 for tires. After everything the seat ventilation was not working and complained about that too. But they did not fix that. I sent an email to Adam Romano- the service advisor about the seat ventilation and he didn’t even reply. I do not recommend this dealership other than oil change. Whenever you go for service the first thing they check is the tire tread, the dealership always recommend to replace the tires. The advisors will talk to you nicely and they milk you good. By the time you realize you must have lost thousands. They gave me rental from enterprise and the rental charged my credit card for the rent. I asked Rallye BMW for refund and they said they will send a check but never received, it s more than 5 months. I think I lost that too. If you still wanted to go to this dealership for service make sure they fixed the problem in the first place. Good luck. More
