Took my two cars into the service department for the first time. Anthony Persaud greeted my wife and me, and from our very first interaction everything was smooth. We needed (4) new tires for my w first time. Anthony Persaud greeted my wife and me, and from our very first interaction everything was smooth. We needed (4) new tires for my wife’s car and regular maintenance for my car. The loaner cars we received were clean and in great condition. I really appreciated the communication from Anthony, he kept sending me text messages and would call me with an update on the cars every day. I have found a new home to service my cars and I will be back. I have already told everyone I know that owns a BMW to take it to Rally in Westbury. More
