Had a nagging/persistent problem with X3 PHEV warning light and charging system weirdness. Frank stayed on it with engineering and notified me when there was fix. Service seemed swamped. Waited and was told 2 hours. Took over 3. One service was tire rotation. On way home I checked tire pressures and noticed the pressures front and Waited and was told 2 hours.
