Very disappointed with the service. I was informed by service prior to my appointment that the tire warranty package purchased covered my tires but apparently when I came to my appointment this was not t service prior to my appointment that the tire warranty package purchased covered my tires but apparently when I came to my appointment this was not true and was informed by the service advisor that this is not covered abs I would have to pay out of pocket. Great service . I made an appointment at noon to have the car checked out for low antifreeze. They told me to bring the car in at 2. I waited 1.5 hours at most.
