Adam and Tony were excellent! Rec’d great care from them. Unfortunately, my front end noise was not totally resolved. They took it for many road tests. The noise was not duplicated with them. No they weren’t. U made complain of issues that is current on ur vehicle and the look at u as if ure stupid about what u complaining about. Was told we can’t do those hours. Yet when I receive back my vehicle I still heard the sound. Yes was on a road test with the Forman did not hear the sound at that time but there knowledge of diagnosing is poor. Yes I collect back my car. Went and bought 2 rear wheel bearing cause the ones that were on were rusted and making grinding sound so swaying can’t verify a dry rusted bearing it verifies a defective bearing. Also when u take ur vehicle for service the tech don’t top off ur fluids such as coolant and washer fluid and multiple rice I collected back my vehicle and it was never wash. More

Bret was tremendous in making the service experience great. Only company was that, when picked up the car after leaving for a week. It was not fully fixed. Disappointed When I bought the car it had a vibration at highway speeds brought it back for repair. Brought it in for first service told them about same problem, This time they said my rear rims where out of round. They wouldn't cover it said I waited to long. Very convenient so they didn't have to do repair. More
