Bret was tremendous in making the service experience great. Only company was that, when picked up the car after leaving for a week. It was not fully fixed. No they weren’t. U made complain of issues that is current on ur vehicle and the look at u as if ure stupid about what u complaining about. Was told we can’t do those hours. Yet when I receive back my vehicle I still heard the sound. Yes was on a road test with the Forman did not hear the sound at that time but there knowledge of diagnosing is poor. Yes I collect back my car. Went and bought 2 rear wheel bearing cause the ones that were on were rusted and making grinding sound so swaying can’t verify a dry rusted bearing it verifies a defective bearing. Also when u take ur vehicle for service the tech don’t top off ur fluids such as coolant and washer fluid and multiple rice I collected back my vehicle and it was never wash. More
