Quality of experience is directly tied to service adviser and assigned technician. Service manager Chris B and senior advisor Carol CM are keepers. Unfortunately the back of the house staff is too often unev and assigned technician. Service manager Chris B and senior advisor Carol CM are keepers. Unfortunately the back of the house staff is too often uneven in the quality of work. Sometimes it feels like they aren’t always “inspired” to sweat the details. Return visits should be rare not the norm. That said, I remain willing to drive the drive the 40 miles to Rallye to work with Chris and Carol. More

Freaking Awesome! Chris Blanco introduced me to Emily who was AWESOME. I came in to get my antifreeze topped up. The technician found that I had leaking hoses and that Chris Blanco introduced me to Emily who was AWESOME. I came in to get my antifreeze topped up. The technician found that I had leaking hoses and that I would have to leave the car. Chris and Emily had me in a loaner and out the door quickly. Emily called me daily to update me on the status of my car. When the time came to pick it up, I asked Emily if she could have it brought up so I would not have to wait. Sure enough when i arrived, the car was out front and the paperwork was sitting at the desk for me to sign. Fastest car pick up ever! Chris and Emily exemplify what great service is all about. You need more like these two! More

Pretty terrible. I brought my car in for service. I was told I needed $13k of repairs. I spoke to the manager, Chris, in the service department and he said he was going to get back to me with different op told I needed $13k of repairs. I spoke to the manager, Chris, in the service department and he said he was going to get back to me with different options. I didn’t hear from him for 3 days. I called back and left him a message, no response. I called back 2 days later and left a voicemail, no response. I ended up reading in my car for a new one at oyster bay BMW as they were a great deal more attentive. I would have expected more. More
I just relocated to NY from CA. I thought the dealership I frequented there in Berkeley was tip top -and then O visited Rallye BMW. From the knowledgeable staff to the amenities-from the overall polished look of the place to the uniforms-this dealership is amazing. You’re greeted at service by individuals who take care in your presence to make you feel welcomed and secure. Your car is whisked through into the service bay, and your issues are carefully discussed. Even without an appointment-you’re treated with kid gloves. Even the car wash was pristine-my two-year old X1 looked brand new inside and out! I recommend this dealership-especially it’s service department, highly. The follow-up is great-it’s all about the attentiveness to detail. If I didn’t have a BMW - I’d go and purchase a vehicle here-and I already know where my next BMW is coming from! I visited another BMW dealership in the boros -absolutely no comparison. Everyone at Rallye has shown me nothing but respect, courtesy, and professionalism. Kudos to the work ethic-and I look very forward to my next service appointment!!! More
