They don’t stand by their service and products I’ve had mixed experiences with Rallye. SAs are nice and they’ve always had loaners available. However they don’t stand behind the parts they sell and I’ve had mixed experiences with Rallye. SAs are nice and they’ve always had loaners available. However they don’t stand behind the parts they sell and service to install them. I spent a good amount of money on Dinan springs, which were purchased from and installed by Rallye. Before having them installed I asked the SA to check my suspension as it was making a knocking noise. After springs we’re installed the suspension was still making a knocking noise. I brought the cat back twice. First time one of the struts was replaced and the knocking noise was still there. Second time they blamed the noise on the springs they installed and said they couldn’t help. That is poor service and clearly taking the easy way out rather than finding and fixing the issue. More

The minute you pull in you are greeted by friendly faces and are warmly welcomed. The entire experience from pulling in to driving away is 5 star. Matthew Carlson and Chris Blanco always check in with me and make sure I have anything and everything I need and want. Brandon Tibbals made sure I was in and out on this trip and was amazing! When you join the Rallye family you really become just that family. If more companies were as focused on the customer as Rallye is the world would be a better and less stressful place! More

I brought the car to Rallye, which was not my usual service center, on a Monday morning, and they took me in, immediately. I was back on the road, with a new tire, in a short period of time, They kept me informed every step of the way, and they couldn't have been nicer. I would recommend Rallye, to anyone who needs service. More
