Service I bring my car in for oil leak at rallyes 2014 640i they claim it’s fix 1 month later I found out engine still leaking car not starting tow the car t I bring my car in for oil leak at rallyes 2014 640i they claim it’s fix 1 month later I found out engine still leaking car not starting tow the car to rallyes then the services advisor Chris Blanco said I can’t get any loaner because I have extended warranty and not factory warranty, he was being racist where other people of his color I witness comes in without an appointment and get a loaner who don’t have factory warranty it was numerous loaner car was outside he was giving attitude right thru he then said he can get me in a rental for 1 day then I have to pay for the rest of days am keeping it I then tow my car to bayside they gave me a loaner without a problem and service my car I was so embarrass from Chris Blanco More

Whether it is what they have been doing to wash my wheels or poor manufactu Bought my 2015 X4 from oyster bay BMW but serviced at Rallye last 3 years. Whether it is what they have been doing to wash my wheels or poor manufacturing, my wheels are corroding from center caps which I have seen many other complaints online from other bmw owners. Instead of trying to help me, Carol made me feel I was at fault for the damage, that I utilized some cleaning chemicals that caused it to corrode. I am highly discouraged, disappointed and wish I had never purchased this vehicle. Not only this, when I originally brought my car for them to review the wheels, Carol left me waiting in the waiting area without even greeting me. I saw her pull my car away and waited patiently for another 15 min. Another service advisor (did not catch his name) was nice enough to ask if I needed help. More
