Excellent Service, Terrible Product All parts of servicing was smooth. I was in and out quickly when I dropped off my car and got a loaner and was in and out quickly when I returned the All parts of servicing was smooth. I'm just very upset I have been to the service center on 3 occasions to replace a total of 5 tires (1 tire had to be replaced twice) and have driven only 20,000 miles. I had been forewarned the tires were terrible and I purchased tire insurance when I bought my car. However, the insurance only covered 3 of the 5. 2 others needed to be replaced due to normal wear and tear (again in only 20,000 miles). More

Air condition system check I brought my 6 month old truck into service because the air conditioning system did not feel like it was operating at full capacity. I have an x3 and I brought my 6 month old truck into service because the air conditioning system did not feel like it was operating at full capacity. I have an x3 and my husband has an x5 and there is a major difference between our two cars. My x3 does not seem to cool the car as powerful or efficiently as our x5. The side vents barely push out air and the center vents push out cool air better, but still not as cool as I believe they should be. A full test was done on the car and I was told that it is operating at full air power and no adjustments were needed. However, I still feel like there is a major difference between our 2 BMW trucks.
