Wired my down payment in early august and they could not come up with a tittle for the car so I could have it shipped. Told me it may take a week before they could get tittle to release it to me. I told them I need a car now not in a week and asked for my deposit and down payment back. They kept telling me they are sending it overnight fedx but that went on for almost 2 weeks. Finally after I told them I was going to call their corporate office did a manager finally call me and showed me they cut a check. I guess what bothered me the most was they kept holding my big down payment when they knew I needed it back ASAP to purchase another vehicle. For a while I thought I was getting scammed and I couldn’t go to the dealership because I live in indiana More
