She is the reason I gave 4 stars not 5 My salesman was very very nice and the girl that communicated with me from the Internet over text message was ridiculously sweet and even came to find me in the dealership to say hello to me…. I also can’t remember the name of the gentleman that helped me when I was picking up the car to show me all of the features but he was amazing as well I think his name might have been john but I kind of have a feeling that I’m wrong More

Just picked up my son a 2015 Rx350. I have to say this sales person ( Ted Mitchell) was so easy to deal with. He was polite honest and up front. Me and my wife went to Rallye Lexus today to test drive and setup a purchase for a new RX450H. I was told to ask for Tony when I got there. We were given a sales person who never introduced himself or told and setup a purchase for a new RX450H. I was told to ask for Tony when I got there. We were given a sales person who never introduced himself or told us his name. When he took us on a test drive he was mainly in the back seat on his phone. They only time he spoke during the ride was if I asked home a question. We finally learned his name was Troy when he gave us his card before we left. The sales manager Tony also never introduced himself. I was only going to do business here because I’m a Northwell employee and would get a discount. Due to poor customer service we received here we have made the decision to not give them our business at all. More
