Best Customer Service I had a problem with a wiper blade on my vehicle. There was snow forecasted and I had several afternoon appts. I worried and wasn’t sure how soon I co I had a problem with a wiper blade on my vehicle. There was snow forecasted and I had several afternoon appts. I worried and wasn’t sure how soon I could get an appt to get it fixed. I contacted the service center who told me to come on down and a technician would check it out. When I arrived at the service station I was greeted by a service advisor who assured me my issue would be resolved in a timely manner or a loaner car would be available to me. I spent about an hour in a very comfortable lounge that had many amenities to enjoy and pass the time before I was on my way home in my own vehicle. More
