Excellent Experience with Rallye Lexus and Neil Fogel My leased 2016 Lexus ES 350 was up as of the beginning of January 2019. In July 2018, I received a letter from the Long Island dealer from whom I My leased 2016 Lexus ES 350 was up as of the beginning of January 2019. In July 2018, I received a letter from the Long Island dealer from whom I previously leased from, offering me an upgrade to a 2018 ES 350 and qualifying for a $6,250.00 Lexus Lease cash credit and paying off some lease payments and waiving my $350 disposition fee. I was curious about the offer. My experience in 2016 dealing with the sales consultant from this dealer was based upon a friend’s recommendation and it was excellent. I looked forward to dealing with him for the 2018 Lexus ES 350. Surprise, he was no longer at the dealership. However, I did go to this dealership to discuss the offer I received in the mail. It was not a positive experience. The sales consultant did not listen to what options I wanted in the Lexus 350 and he started taking options away to arrive at my terms. The salesman went back and forth to his manager, which to me was not professional as he seemed to be inexperienced. The manager joined our discussion tried to pressure me to commit to his offer which I rejected. I also went to the local Lexus dealer not far from my residence and had a similar experience. I visited Rallye Lexus on a Friday. I met with Neil Fogel and inquired about the Lexus 2018 promotions that Rallye Lexus was offering. Neil explained in detail that there would be a $6,250 Rebate/Capital Cost reduction and all five of my remaining lease payments on my 2016 Lexus would be satisfied. I discussed with Neil the lease mileage and how I wanted to structure the payments. Neil gave me an amount of the down payment I requested, and a monthly payment I would be paying. Neil listened to everything I had to say and did not pressure me as the other two dealers did. I informed Neil that I had to discuss the details of the lease with my wife and was not sure about the color of the Lexus and its interior color. I met with Neil on Monday morning, he honored the quote that he gave me on Friday. Neil Fogel was a professional and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Rallye Lexus and Mr. Fogel in particular for conducting business the way it should be conducted. More
