My experience at Rallye Mercedes was unbelievable! From the second I called and spoke to Evan, I felt comfortable! I still cannot believe how seamless this whole amazing experience has been! My guard which is always up, was down from the second I walked in to test drive an AMG. The Rallye family never even asked me for any $ until the following week when I went to pick up my beautiful new car! I thought there were hidden cameras and I was dreaming! The car is absolutely beautiful, elegant and fast! Just what I wanted! I have NEVER had an experience like this! It was beyond smooth and easy! I was a BMW girl for so long that I didn’t know what I was missing! I am telling anyone that will listen, to go straight to Rallye and get a Mercedes from Evan! He is the absolute BEST person to deal with! I had ZERO stress and Evan was an honest, kind salesman. You must go see him! Thanks Evan! I will be back!! More

Was not pleased with service Did not like my service manager The car came back with some of the issues that were supposed to fixed The car was there for 3 days and it cost 2400 I had to drive back manager The car came back with some of the issues that were supposed to fixed The car was there for 3 days and it cost 2400 I had to drive back to RALLYE TO TELL THEM TIRE LIGHT WAS STILL ON .. Steve told me it was because of the cold .. btw .. it was not cold he said drive it and it will go off It did not and and the time on the clock was not set correctly despite 2 new batteries I had to leave the car again and get a loaner Not a good experience My service advisor has always been John C and I insisting that he take over the car now I don’t know why I was given Steve .. I always request John or Ramero I have been coming to RALLYE for 30 years and have my husband and I have leased many many cars with you I also had a 150 dollar coupon that had expired 5 days before and Steve said he could not honor it on a 2400 bill That’s not good service for a long time customer ! More
