Great experience with Bob and Lisa. Excellent with Bob Bianci. Extremely bad with an actual new Vehicle. Victor was very patient with me since my request in a vehicle was very specific and he was very friendly and professional throughout my calls and visits finding the rightnone. when I purchased the vehicle there were no suprises with the finace and the car looked brand new. I was very satisfied with this dealership starting with Victor Cosme, to his manager Geno DeFrancesco and the service adviser Patrick Ripley. The service department was very organized and I felt they really cared. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new or used Mercedes. More

Why I returnt o Rallye's I have been with Rallye since buying my first Mercedes in 1999. I kept that and had Rallye do the service with Kenny Vakris until 265,000 miles. I bou I have been with Rallye since buying my first Mercedes in 1999. I kept that and had Rallye do the service with Kenny Vakris until 265,000 miles. I bought my second Mercedes 10 years later and have had Rallye do my service. I am not ready to get another car, yet, as I have career changes going on. However, the one I have is working well. It's the service and the expertise of Kenny V and his accommodation of time and the obvious effort he brings to his role that keeps me coming back to Rallye. I also love the loaners. All is truly exceptional. If any of that changes, I will go back to Honda . Tom Walton sold me both of my Mercedes. More
