Jerry Sherry was great to work with. This is the second new car I purchased from him. I met with him on Friday at 9:45 AM and told him I would like the car that day by 5:00 PM. They took care of the financing prep work and more amazing they were able to get the windows tinted and Lo-Jack installed. At 5:00PM the car was ready and they had some spend an hour and half explaining the working of all the electronics on the car. Everybody at Rallye from the start of the sale to the completion was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to my friends and family! More

We scheduled an appointment for our Mercedes Sprinter a week ago for standard "B"service and wheel alignment. We arrived for our 7am appointment and were told it might take 4 hours. After 4 hours we were i week ago for standard "B"service and wheel alignment. We arrived for our 7am appointment and were told it might take 4 hours. After 4 hours we were informed they did not have a gas filter so that could not be done and the wheel alignment would be done shortly. We were constantly told "almost" from 4 hours to 7 hours. I have never been so insulted with the excuses and lies. The last time we had this same service done on the vehicle in Alaska it only took 2.5 hours. More

There was an intermittent noise when the car accelerated from zero to ten miles/hour. They go it it fixed even though it took three attempts. The net results were excellent.
