World class service experience! From dropping off the GLS (my vehicle) to picking up the GLE (loaner); Rallye made my B-service truly a World Class experience!! It all started when I From dropping off the GLS (my vehicle) to picking up the GLE (loaner); Rallye made my B-service truly a World Class experience!! It all started when I called Brianna and made the appointment for the B-service with a service loaner. I used to service my vehicle at Helms Brother (since 2007), one thing I kept on telling them over and over was to have SUV as services loaners (Helms Brother uses C 300 or CLA 250 as their loaner) because I have the GL (now the GLS) and I need a big car! Throughout the last decade or so it was the same old dance, dropped off the car and asked for an SUV, only to be told that’s not an option. One day I stopped by Rallye on my way home (just to see if they were willing to give out SUV as service loaner.) Presto! The service advisor said yes sir, we offer full line of services as well as loaners - from GLE, GLC, GLA to the E400 coupe!! Needless to say I have been a loyal customer of Rallye ever since that day! Believe me when I tell you this - give Rallye Mercedez a call and experience the world class service for yourself! More

Totally WOW experience. From the minute I arrived they made me feel very comfortable. I was early for my appointment the receptionist was very courteous asked if I would Like From the minute I arrived they made me feel very comfortable. I was early for my appointment the receptionist was very courteous asked if I would Like a cup of coffee while she tried to find another service adviser. My service adviser arrived early and took me immediately My appointment was for 730AM I drove off in a brand new GLA 250 loaner at 730AM. Lisa called me at 1030AM to let me know the car was ready. I arrived with the loaner at the Service Reception Area @ 1130 AM they opened the door for me told me to leave the key in the GLA and escorted me to the cashier. By the time I was done signing the Paper Work My GLA 250 was waiting for me outside the cashiers office. The GLA was washed looked like new. The best service Experience I have ever had.. More
