My Service Advisor Vincent Vetere addressed all my concerns had my vehicle repaired quickly. My Loaner Specialist Stephen Paladino had a loaner car waiting for me immediately after dropping my car off. The entire process from scheduling the appointment to vehicle pick up was great. My C300 was washed and vacuumed, spotlessly cleaned, and all my concerns were addressed and corrected. Thank you for a job well done. More

After numerous calls and setting up a day and time to look at new cars the salesman was too busy. He rushed with us but gave us prices only to then be given off to another salesman. We were then given higher prices for the same car. This was a total waste of our time. Guess they make so much money that don't care how they treat customers. More

Best Mercedes Dealer on Long Island I've been to them all! This is my 3rd MB and second from Steven Suydam! Highly recommend this dealership and this sales consultant! Went in to find I've been to them all! This is my 3rd MB and second from Steven Suydam! Highly recommend this dealership and this sales consultant! Went in to find my third Mercedes Benz. I had searched for two weeks for the perfect car with all the bells and whistles and color combo. Been to my local dealer to find the guy who sold me my second benz because I wanted to trade my C-class for an upgrade to an E-class, much to my dismay, he no longer works at MB Huntington. I have a regular customer named Jay who works at Rallye Motors of Roslyn and he told me to come in and browse the largest Mercedes dealer on the east coast, so I did. He introduced me to a salesperson and I was in shock! Both our mouths dropped...it was Steve Suydam, the very man who sold me my current C-class! What are the chances? So now, I'm standing in this beautiful, massive, luxurious dealership where my company bought our sprinter 3500 from, with my friend Jay and the very familiar Steve. I knew I was right at home now, received excellent service as usual from Steve, it is what I expected. I was destined to make a deal here! xxxxxxare listed above. Cons? Well there were two small chips on the door, and a smudge on the side view mirror which I was told was going to be taken care of, when I went to pick up the car, it had been detailed, but the smudge and chips were still there...so my interpretation of "taken care of" really wasn't theirs. I also asked them to remove the rallye marketing rectangular plastic badge from the trunk lid, which they did as I was being taught how to use parktronic, sync my phone, and the like. This was done at night so I really didn't have a chance to do much of a once over on the car, but I trusted them. The next morning I noticed the chips and the like. Had the chips and smudges been truly taken care of, It would have been 5 star satisfied, but I can see the residue of the rectangular badge still there..so not so much a warm and fuzzy feeling. But.. I am a reasonable man with a used car that I am very happy with! Could they have gone the extra mile and fixed the chips and smudges as I thought they would?.......sure! But I'm a businessman, I understand. This review is simply a testament to genuine mercedes dealerships, you will get a much more catering, and customer service oriented buying experience. Always buy a luxury car from a mercedes dealer...never ever go to those off mercedes lots on northern blvd, you'll be taken for a ride for sure. Kudos to Steve and Jay Johanas, I really appreciate your help and expertise and making my third MB my best one yet. More

When we spoke about the tires she e-mailed pictures of them and she reccomended what tires should be replaced. She was so concerned that the car was safe.I forgot to mention how friendly and smart she was. I will ask for Marie when I come in for the next service on my car. Hats off to Rallye and Hats off to Marie. More

I told him that I couldn't make it out to the dealership till after work on a week night and was driving from Jersey, and he worked with me past closing time to answer any/all my questions and hear my concerns. I had never purchased a Mercedes and was a little nervous, but Steve put my fears at ease. He assured me of the safety of the vehicle I was buyng (E-Class Wagon) and coupled with the fantastic CPO Special, I knew I had to buy it. I would definitely recommend Steve to anyone looking for a Mercedes in the New York Metropolitan Area. More
