This is my second Rallye MB car. I have been using your service dept for years. I have always been more than pleased with the service,quality of work and overall experience at Rallye. I have always had exc service dept for years. I have always been more than pleased with the service,quality of work and overall experience at Rallye. I have always had excellent professional service with Ken Vachris throughout these years. However, I was outraged to learn that a tear in the upholstery of my driver seat is NOT covered by my warranty. A MB product should not be tearing apart in the first place and if/when such a thing should happen I would expect it to be part of what is supposed to be a "premier" MB warranty. For that reason, I was generous in giving both "quality of work" and "overall experience" an OK....Truly "great" in every other aspect, but "very bad" in regard to this issue. FROM THE TIME I DROPPED MY VEHICLE OFF UNTIL MY SERVICE WAS COMPLETE, JOE WAS FANTASTIC. THE WHOLE STAFF WAS GREAT EVEN THE YOUNG LADY AT THE PAYMENT COUNTER. EVERYONE WAS EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE.
