I recently had the pleasure of flying from South Carolina into New York to buy a S550 from Rallye Motors of Roslyn, New York. We solidified the agreement via telephone, fax and email. All required paper work was submitted prior to my arrival there, so the final processing when I arrived was smooth, extremely ethical and professional. The process simply exceeded my expectations. This is my second Rallye MB car. I have been using your service dept for years. I have always been more than pleased with the service,quality of work and overall experience at Rallye. I have always had exc service dept for years. I have always been more than pleased with the service,quality of work and overall experience at Rallye. I have always had excellent professional service with Ken Vachris throughout these years. However, I was outraged to learn that a tear in the upholstery of my driver seat is NOT covered by my warranty. A MB product should not be tearing apart in the first place and if/when such a thing should happen I would expect it to be part of what is supposed to be a "premier" MB warranty. For that reason, I was generous in giving both "quality of work" and "overall experience" an OK....Truly "great" in every other aspect, but "very bad" in regard to this issue.
