Dropped off car on Tuesday, Friday at4 pm, I was told it was ready. Could not get there then, was arranged for Monday morning pick up, when car wash would be working. Paid my bill on line, texted 30 minute was ready. Could not get there then, was arranged for Monday morning pick up, when car wash would be working. Paid my bill on line, texted 30 minutes before I arrived to confirm and still waited 45 minutes for the car, which was never washed! Is this the same Rallye Motors we’ve been supporting for 35 years? Kenny lovely. The rest of service dept. makes me reluctant to buy another Mercedes. More
