The communication is very thorough and the staff polite. My car needed a "check up" and some recall items attended to. It was going to take a couple of days to get the car finished. They knew I was in the middle of a family situation and they facilitated the loaner process so it was fast and seamless. The communication was very good - they were in touch at least once a day on the status of my car and very flexible with the pick up. We were at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic - before we really knew what was happening - and they were already taking precautions. My service manager even checked in to be sure my family member was ok! More

poor service i brought in my sprinter for recalls and oil change. the rep told me that there was a engine light but it only came in when he pressed few buttons it i brought in my sprinter for recalls and oil change. the rep told me that there was a engine light but it only came in when he pressed few buttons it never showed before when i brought the vehicle in then they charged me for 2 services $1200.00 and the only thing they did was did warranty recalls did not change the oil or filter and told me that they did .They were suppose to clean the vehicle from inside which they did not. secondly when i got the vehicle back. i got the sign Engine oil level not when eng. running. I have lost my trust in Rallye Motors. I think its a scam that ur service is running. I get a decent oil change for $300 at any top oil change place. More

Ralley is a very accommodating dealership that looks for solutions rather than aimlessly sticking on a problem.
