Couldn't figure out problem for a week then charged me Pathetic! Not a dealership I would recommend. I have a 2007 Mercedes S500 with less than 100k on the clock. It was towed to the dealer who took 3 days to start looking at it then another 4 days to figure out what they "thought" was wrong with it. No guarantees the $2500 they wanted would fix the problem.. Then they tried to charge me a diagnostic charge., even though the email said it was a complimentary inspection. When I complained the petulant and rude "service advisor" said:"Fine - I'll pay it myself." Not a dealer I will use for my new S550. Dreadful to deal with More

Incompetent "techs" and service advisors I brought my car in several times for the same issue. The "techs" as well as the service advisers are completely unfamiliar with the vehicle they are I brought my car in several times for the same issue. The "techs" as well as the service advisers are completely unfamiliar with the vehicle they are supposedly servicing. They couldn't fix my issue after four separate occasions, the last holding my car for over a week. In that week all they did was change brake pads. It doesn't take a full day to change pads, especially not an entire week. They could not fix the issue but tried to sell me on some new tires. Great service ! I will not only bring my car to another dealership for the remainder of my lease term for service, but I will not be getting anymore of my cars from them. I have been a long time customer with no complaints on the sales side, only the service. A disgrace to the dealership and brand. More
