I have wheel/tire insurance. The tow roadside driver had difficulty removing the wheel and in using a hammer chipped it. Nevertheless, my Rallye rep told me wheel refinishing was declined. It was then accepted. I had expected that they would be my advocate with insurance, as had been Mercedes Manhattan. My car died within approximately 5 miles after leaving the dealership for a tire change. It was blamed on a belt breaking. Vehicle towed back to dealership. There is now an intermittent squeal. I was told that there is a $185 diagnostic charge to find the squeal. There have been multiple instances of inflated, incorrect diagnoses of sounds in the past. The difference between Manhattan and Rallye in terms of diagnostic and service is tremendous. More

Excellent service I brought my car in for an annual service and inspection. I was told when I made the appointment who would be taking care of me. I was met at my car and brought inside where I waited for less than 5 minutes for my service man. He was pleasant and thorough, told me to please wait about an hour and a half (I knew when I made the appointment how long it would take and elected to wait rather than take the loaner which was offered to me). There was coffee, tea and a television in the room where I waited, the car was ready sooner than I expected, and I drove off with a freshly washed vehicle. Who could ask for anything more?! More
