Expert Service from my agent Katie Lyons In Katie's hands, I had absolutely nothing to worry about. She proactively arranged everything; from a loaner vehicle, which I was not even expecting, In Katie's hands, I had absolutely nothing to worry about. She proactively arranged everything; from a loaner vehicle, which I was not even expecting, to the pick-up service after hours. Katie instructed me what to do and did her part in ensuring my key was at the front desk in the show-room when I arrived there at 8pm to pick up my vehicle. She is a master of her trade. Katie made the entire experience seamless and hassle-free. My concern though was with the fact that all my settings were thrown, in my car's telephone and navigation system. I lost all my saved trips in the navigation system and all my telephone contacts were deleted. I had to reinstall the telephone system. Needless to say, this very inconvenient for me. I had never had this experience in serving my vehicle. Can you explain why this happened? Otherwise, I would say that overall my experice was fine. Thank You. Dr. Fleurette Harris More

Half good / Half bad My service advisor Kenneth Vachris was awesome, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. However, I was rather surprised about a sales tactic at R My service advisor Kenneth Vachris was awesome, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. However, I was rather surprised about a sales tactic at Rallye that I found rather offensive. When I arrived ,before I saw Kenny, a gentleman approached me about a wheel alignment and tire rotation for $250. I happen to be at Rallye because two weeks prior when I bought the vehicle in for service they needed to order a part. When the vehicle was served two weeks before my return visit, I received a written report about the vehicle and there was no action required concerning my tires or vehicle which I am sure you can verify. So how is it that upon my return visit less than two weeks later I need to spend $250 for a tire rotation and alignment which I asked this gentleman. He fumbled some response. I told him I was not interested. Then five minutes later he approached me again and told me I could get a loaner car today and have the alignment and tire rotation done today. I responded to him that I was waiting 15 minutes to have a plastic exterior part on my vehicle replaced, then I was leaving and I told him to get away from me. I have been a service customer of Rallye for over 15 years and have leased at least 6 vehicles through Rallye and I was shocked at this tactic to drum up business that was not required. This gentleman irritated me and I was shocked that Rallye / Mercedes would stoop to this level. More
