My service rep, Ramiro Milian has always been excellent in keeping me posted if there is any additional work to be done on the vehicle and what the costs will run to. He is also excellent in keeping me posted on the status of the service. As an aside, the service center has always been excellent when I have dropped by unannounced for some minor issues like a tire problem, re-setting my iPhone, etc. More

Easy to make an appointment, fast turnaround and loaner car I was pleased to be able to schedule an appointment that fit my needs. Except for the high cost of Mercedes parts and service I have no issues at all with all the good people of Rallye Motors. If I had any complaints they would be against Mercedes for making their proprietary diagnostics software unavailable to third party auto repair facilities and owners who prefer to pay reasonable prices to maintain their older vehicles. This practice prevented my local repair facility from determining the cause of loss of heat in my 2003 E500. Rallye Motors (a Mercedes Dealership) had no problem identifying the issue and replacing the failed valve using an OEM part. They also (at my request) repaired a problem that prevented the windshield wipers for operating in intermittent mode. The combined cost of parts and labor to replace a heater valve, a rain sensor and antifreeze came to $1,256.02 including tax. My local repair shop told me that using aftermarket parts the same job would have cost me one third the price had they been able to acquire and use the electronic diagnostic software that Mercedes Inc. will not provide until Right to Repair legislation is passed that requires it. More
