Service and Repair I brought my vehicle in for the 60K typical recommended service and the mechanic detected a potentially much more serious issue down the road. It required much more labor and parts to rectify the issue. Thank goodness for the MB extended warranty and the care of the mechanic took in making a thorough inspection of my vehicle. Using the appearance package (zylon package) I love mercedes. Rob was extremely helpful. A few things I wasn't happy with, but it had nothing to do with the service advisor that helped me. With t I love mercedes. Rob was extremely helpful. A few things I wasn't happy with, but it had nothing to do with the service advisor that helped me. With the zylon package they say any dents and scratches are covered. What they don't tell you is that any scratches underneath the car like the bottom of the splitter is NOT covered or if someone changes your wiper blades and doesn't pull them out all the way up and they scratch the tip of the hood it is NOT covered. Also for some reason they had to work to find me in the system which was bothersome since the money was deducted quickly when I paid for the car. Just word of the wise inspect your car if preowned like a hawk because the little things can go unseen. More
