M Always a pleasure working with Vinnie Vetere, his customer service is exceptional! Now in terms of the SERVICE PROVIDED... it’s lacks quality. My last few services, have been very disappointing or not up to par. Having to drop vehicle for same issues or because tech failed to be proactive is not efficient on both ends, customers and workers performing service. Let’s just say, It’s amazing how techs sing-off service tickets as completed when they are not... There should be a check-list that should be completed by techs before a vehicle is returned to customer. I understand each case is unique, but when there’s a pattern then the process is not workin. Among other things, my vehicle was returned incomplete: - door controls not operational after changing - air filter not replaced when it should have (raised concerns 3 times, and dropped car twice for same issue). In short filter was not replaced when vehicle was dropped for service. - dirty console when sunroof control panel was replaced. - overcharged on replacement of windshield Anyway, i can keep on, but in the end I understand that these issues can be pinpointed to specific staff/team. This affects the entire MB image. More
