Great staff Minimum wait time,all staff professional and friendly.The only compliant I have is that my car was not thoroughly washed nor vacuum.I had removable st Minimum wait time,all staff professional and friendly.The only compliant I have is that my car was not thoroughly washed nor vacuum.I had removable stains on the passenger seat when the car was dropped off and it was still there when I picked up car. In addition, the loaner car had the same issue with the interior's cleanliness.Though one of the staff took the time to clean the back seat that had sticky stains. More

Ridiculous part prices My 2011, 22k Miles SL550 was prepped before purchase (from Helms Brothers) beautifully, but the protective application was placed on the PLASTIC FRAMI My 2011, 22k Miles SL550 was prepped before purchase (from Helms Brothers) beautifully, but the protective application was placed on the PLASTIC FRAMING on either side of the rear window, producing a cosmetic discoloration. Excellent service rep Vincent Vetere took photos and sent to MBCorporate returning the news that the protective coating DOESN’T apply to plastic parts, only metal painted parts. Cost to replace two PLASTIC REAR WINDOW FRAMES just short of $450. More
