The steps going up to the waiting area can be problematic for anyone with a disability. The coffee machine was broken and there weren't any noshes left for the customers who were there for a considerable wait time. Some consideration should be made to maintain those courtesy items for all to enjoy no matter the time of your appointment. More

Air Bag Recalls I've submitted a review prior to this one, but I just have to comment again. Being the fleet manager for a mechanical contractor, I take care of twent I've submitted a review prior to this one, but I just have to comment again. Being the fleet manager for a mechanical contractor, I take care of twenty five Sprinter Vans along with other makes and models. Just about all of Sprinters needed to have the air bags replaced due to a safety recall. We've been rotating the vehicles in, several a week to have the recall performed. Every time I go there, you're greeted with a smile and a genuine "Welcome". Service at Rallye is "Never" a hassle, always smooth, consistent, and what was wrong is corrected, the first time. The service writer we work with, Katie Lyons is truly a gem. Cordial, friendly, always makes you feel confident that what ever issue you have it will be addressed correctly.
