NEVER SATISFIED While the service consultant is always a pleasure, the issues with the trucks are never completely addressed! The service dept takes shortcuts with the required services; not filling fluids, windshield wipers, etc. I pay an outrageous amount of money for the service, the car is never ready before a week and even then the issues have not been addressed. Rallye Mercedes number 1 I have been working with rob Carlson for a number of years and he is wonderful. Rallye service center is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Als I have been working with rob Carlson for a number of years and he is wonderful. Rallye service center is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Also have worked with Tom Walton in sales for over 9 years. He is an excellent person and very helpful with our purchases. We leased a vericle from Rallye Lexus and I would never go back there.
