I trust my smart car only to this man! I bought my smart fortwo from Rallye some time ago. In the very beginning, I had an issue with a faulty key fob, and then a leak in back window. Both times they were warranty issues, and both times I had Kenny. He took care of things for me and my car came back, issues solved and with light hearted banter included. I always email him with issues I have, and he answers my questions promptly and saves the trip to service if my issue can be solved stupidly easily. Recently I went in for my windshield issue. He took care of everything for and was able to get me a kick-xxx loaner. As always his funny quips and conversation make the experience great. I forget im in there for a problem with my car. He's a stand up guy, and Rallye Motors needs to acknowledge him and give him a bonus or promotion or something. He is an asset to Rallye. And he is the only reason I continue service with Rallye. More

the best mb service center Marie was excellent, very friendly, very knowledgable, provided great advice and suggestions for maintenence without pushing anything down my throat. Service was completed within an hour, when I had expected to wait for a couple hours. All in all the best service appointment I've had in a very long time. Warranty repair on a C300 I recently had some warranty repairs done on my C300. The entire process went perfectly. My Service Advisor Vincent Vetere addressed all my concerns had my vehicle repaired quickly. My Loaner Specialist Stephen Paladino had a loaner car waiting for me immediately after dropping my car off. The entire process from scheduling the appointment to vehicle pick up was great. My C300 was washed and vacuumed, spotlessly cleaned, and all my concerns were addressed and corrected. Thank you for a job well done. More

More specifically the expert service performed by Lenny Clarke and the professional work ethics of John Ciccotelli. There are several mercedes dealers between my residence and Ralleye, but I travel for piece of mind. I hope they stay at Ralleye, because I will travel where ever they go for what is more important to me than my cars.......Piece of MIND!!!! More

GREAT SERVICE ADVISOR I felt compelled to contact you after meeting my service advisor Marie last week. She was so professional and patient when she explained all the proc I felt compelled to contact you after meeting my service advisor Marie last week. She was so professional and patient when she explained all the procedures that are included in the service . When we spoke about the tires she e-mailed pictures of them and she reccomended what tires should be replaced. She was so concerned that the car was safe.I forgot to mention how friendly and smart she was. I will ask for Marie when I come in for the next service on my car. We want yo share our experience so no one get fooled again!! My daughters bought her first car from Rallye in July 2012 - a certified pre-own C300. In less than 3 month, the engine mount broke, it is very dangerous if it fell while driving. How can they certify a dangerous car. My daughter had a B service done in Baltimore on July 3, 2013. During the Easter break, we went in to Rallye on April 22, 2014 for A3 service, I mentioned to John that we did our prior service in Baltimore as reference. Rallye technician claim that transmission fluid is low and brake fluid is dirty, recommend us to change all. Since we have been with Rallye for so long, we listened to their recommendation. As we filing our invoice, we found that we changed brake and transmission fluid on July 3, 2013 which is 10,000 miles in 9 month, absolutely un-necessary. We consulted another dealer and confirmed that Rallye is lying to us because they find NOT run the required BMI report (a history report that detail work done to the car from all dealers), even though I told John the sales representative that we did the B service in Baltimore. Additionally, Mercede has a promotion for a 2 year service contract for $600 which will save us more than $150, but John never told us, we found out because I have another car went in for the same A3 service and Joseph told us. We went back to follow up on both issues, answer we got is 'nothing can be done'. After lying to us, they won't take action to rectify the problem. Unbelievable! DO NOT use them for your own benefit! More
