Good Afternoon. I first want to apologize for the experience you had with our dealership. I want you to know that the transparency of all transactions, whether for sales or service, is very important to us and is crucial to the overall customer experience. Unfortunately, we did have incorrect information on our website, which has since been removed. To clarify, the B Service and Brake Fluid Flush services are required by Mercedes-Benz every 2 years or 20,000 miles but the B Service does not include a Brake Fluid Flush. It is my understanding that our Service Department has made an effort to resolve this matter, but if you have any further questions or concerns please do contact our Customer Assistance Center at 855-847-0580 or servicecare@rallyemotors.com.
