Always a pleasure when bringing my car in for its annual service and having a pleasant conversation with my longtime "friend", Stephen. I was assured my car would be washed when finished. Car was brought to me not washed. I asked them to wash it and they did reluctantly but not even wiped down. It had water pellets all over the car.
