Kelli in the service department is the most helpful person I’ve worked with. I don’t usually write a review but I have to because she has gone above and beyond on 2 separate occasions. I bought a Ford and had an odd noise, the 2 other dealerships I called gave me a 6-8 week turnaround before I could even walk inside the service center. Kelli could get me in that day, she’s personable, helpful, honest, knowledgeable and truly cares about you and your vehicle, which is hard to find in a service advisor. If management at Planet Ford is reading this, she should be the lead on the service side. I did not purchase my vehicle from Planet Ford, but going forward I will, as long as Kelli still works in service. More
