PLEASE HELP RANDALL REED. I dropped my vehicle off on 12/23/24, and I am still waiting on a loaner vehicle due to a recall that requires my motor to be torn down and a new I dropped my vehicle off on 12/23/24, and I am still waiting on a loaner vehicle due to a recall that requires my motor to be torn down and a new short block to replace. I cannot afford to pay for a rental and the vehicle payment every month. THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE NOT HAVING A LOANER VEHICLE AFTER ALL THIS TIME. I HAVE BEEN UNDERSTANDING AND NICE BUT NOW I JUST CAN NOT LET THIS GO ANY FURTHER. I AM LOOKING INTO TAKING LEGAL ACTION IF NEEDED. IF YOU ALL LOOK INTO THIS IT IS ON THE 2018 FUSION AND I AM THOMAS. STEVEN BISHOP WOULD KNOW WHO THIS IS AND HOW TO REACH ME IF HE WANTS TO HELP, BUT HE SAYS THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO. HE DID OFFER A RENTAL FOR 3 DAYS, BUT I PERSONALLY WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE EVERYDAY. IT IS FUNNY HOW THEY ALL SAY THEY ARE HERE FOR YOU IN THE COMMERCIALS BUT IT HAS BEEN 15 DAYS SINCE I DROPPED OFF MY VEHICLE AND NOTHING. NO LOANER JUST THEM TELLING ME THAT IT WILL TAKE UP TO 6 WEEKS FOR REPAIR AND i COULD BE CHARGED FOR A RENTAL IF I NEED A VEHICLE NOW. SMH AND TO THINK I WAS GOING TO TRADE IN MY OTHER FORD FUSION BOUGHT FROM RANDALL REED IN FOR A NEW VEHICLE. More

My overall experience at this dealership was below average, earning them only two stars. While Pamela in the used cars department was excellent and a pleasure to work with, my positive experience ende average, earning them only two stars. While Pamela in the used cars department was excellent and a pleasure to work with, my positive experience ended there. Upon my first call, I was directed to a new-sales person who seemed to split the commission with Pamela. He failed to return my call as promised, forcing me to follow up to confirm the vehicle's availability. When I arrived, he was nowhere to be found, leaving Pamela to assist me. The test drive and negotiations were just average. As part of the deal, I was promised a full gas tank and a vehicle detail, but I left with no gas. Additionally, I paid extra to have body damage on two doors repaired. While the repair was satisfactory, they neglected to reinstall the side step. I had to return two days later to have it fixed, enduring a three-hour wait without receiving yet again a promise of gas for my trouble. In summary, while Pamela was a standout, the dealership's poor follow-through, attention to detail, and communication left much to be desired. I would recommend Pamela, but I will not buy another car from this location if a comparable option is available elsewhere. I cannot recommend this dealership due to their lack of professionalism and commitment to customer service. More
