When in finance, I felt distracted and misled. I will be returning next week and disputing this contract as the numbers don't make sense. That is not what this contract shows, I was charged an additional 3700 for a separate maintenance contract. I need someone from Planet ford to sit down and go through closing again and get this correct. I show I should be financing much less than what they have me at. The finance person as well as salesmen continued to talk about personal things with me while doing this deal which in my opinion is misleading. I was cool with letting the dealer keep my vehicle for a week to get a recall done and oil change done as they were busy. I didn’t ask for a shuttle or a rental/loaner car. I left work headed over to pick it up only to find that the dealer lost my vehicle which the time it took to find my vehicle made me late returning to work. All of my mirrors were adjusted/changed as well as my driver seat. Not simply moved forward or back the seat was lowered to the ground and reclined back like someone was joy riding. My radio station was changed also. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m not sure how a service dept. would not no that rule number one should be don’t mess with a customers settings. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. More

I don’t know where to begin service is horrible! !! Waited two and a half hours on an oil change. The guy doing the service got into my vehicle with oil on him, no paper or protection.
