I bought a new truck n January 2025 and the check engine light came on. When I took it to Randall Reed’s service department they did give me a rental the first attempt. After 3 attempts to repair it they st light came on. When I took it to Randall Reed’s service department they did give me a rental the first attempt. I arrived at Randall Reed with 2 problems, the first was the easy job of fixing a recall, but the other was something they never saw before. They were able to get the rest of the snake out, deodorize and get the smell out. Thank God because I just paid my truck off and I was ready to burn it if they didn’t fix it. Thanks to Randall Reed I have my truck back smelling like new. Highly recommend the service department and Rodney for helping us. More

I bought a Ford F-250 from Planet Ford in Humble. The day I got it home the check engine light came on, so I took it back in for service. The truck was there over a week, during which I had to pay fo The day I got it home the check engine light came on, so I took it back in for service. The truck was there over a week, during which I had to pay for a rental car. Once I finally got it back I drove it for two days and the check engine light came on again for a leak due to improper installation of the fuel pump. I went back to the service department and asked if I could schedule an appointment so that I would not have to leave my truck for two weeks, for a fix that would take 30 minutes. Tim, at the service department said there’s nothing he could do and that I would just have to spend another $600 on a rental. One of the other service managers stepped in and said he would give me the next available loaner vehicle and that it would be 1-2 weeks before one was available. It has currently been 8 weeks and I have not even received a phone call. More
