My car started smoking while on my way to Florida with grandkids and son, I had it towed to the dealership. Unfortunately, the service department was closed. It was hot outside, and Josh offered all of us grandkids and son, I had it towed to the dealership. Unfortunately, the service department was closed. It was hot outside, and Josh offered all of us to come inside, have a cold water and snacks. He also loaded us into a van, luggage included, and gave us a ride to the hotel. Thank you Josh for your kindness. On Monday Mark called me from the service department, also a very kind person. I was treated well at Randy Marion and I'm back on the road again! Thank you! More

We had such an AMAZING experience here! I was trying to trade in an outback for an ascent, in hopes of a bigger car for my family. Nick was amazing from start to finish! He had the car parked out front and was ready for us when we got there. He let me look all around and all in the car! He even offered to let me put my car seat in the car to test drive it then. I later came back with my husband and again, Nick was awesome!! The process of trading in the car and then getting a new car was seamless because of Nick and the Subaru team! More
