I asked for quote on new tires before my oil change. there were cracks in tires from car sitting too long. They said tires were fine. Had associate come out and look then I received quote. I come here all the time. This time i needed my brakes looked and and changed. Shouldnt have taken all that long to do that. I sat for 3 hours. I went in for oil change tire rotation and to fix hatch door it was slamming shut. I don’t think anything was done because it still slams shut. This happened with my 2018 also and you replaced a gas? Overall, it was good. However, they told me I would have to get a new oil pan at my next oil change because threads were worn. The only place I have taken my car for an oil change since I bought it is Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake, IL. They should be the ones that pay to replace the oil pan, not me. They are the ones that stripped the threads, not me. They are responsible for this. More
