I have been going to Ray Chevrolet for vehicle service to both my vehicles for over 25 years and have always been very satisfied with the results. Our service advisor was TJ and he was awesome he did a great job, the only thing I am upset about is when I picked up my truck after being worked on for a warranty issue I would have thought they would ha great job, the only thing I am upset about is when I picked up my truck after being worked on for a warranty issue I would have thought they would have at least washed it. I am not sure why it take a minimum of three days to diagnose and fix an issue. After having my Tahoe there twice my initial issue is still not fixed and now I have zero heat in the rear. I'm going to find another dealership that has a quality service department. I am use to solid service from Dick Wickstrom Chevy in Roselle. I do not get nearly the same 5 star service at Rays that they give at Wickstrom in Roselle. Very disappointing. More
