Had scheduled a recall service for my Dodge Durango and told the service guy that I needed a loaner for that day. He told me that I was all scheduled with a loaner and when I took my Durango in and asked a told the service guy that I needed a loaner for that day. The service guy was trying g to make jokes out of the situation. Don’t know where he thought that I was funny so I just left. Call the dealer and asked to speak with the service department manager which he was nice and courteous and took care of every. What a great experience. Tone is great at his job and made the whole process painless. I went in there for what I thought was going to be an easy fix and they squeezed me in.
