Went in for a software update and also got an oil change. I have a 2023 Tucson Limited Hybrid. This weekend Hyundai did a remote download resetting all of my settings to factory. I was able to reset almost everything. The Mode switch on the steering wheel is not working properly and the USB ports are inactive. I called to schedule an appointment for them to correct the problem that Hyundai caused and they told me it would be 2 months before I could get in for diagnostics. This is totally unacceptable service levels for a vehicle that costs over $40,000. I bet if I had bought a Genisis they would have gotten me in either today or tomorrow. More
