My wife and I had been buying and leasing cars from Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge for over twenty years, the salesperson we worked with was amazing and always m My wife and I had been buying and leasing cars from Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge for over twenty years, the salesperson we worked with was amazing and always made our experience easy, well, he retired last year, and as the buying experience was great with him, the service department many times made us feel as if they were doing us a favor to do their jobs...things like having a warranty issue taken care of, and we’d ask about a loaner car, and the response was; “well, we’ll see what we can do, we don’t always have cars available....” I felt loyalty to the salesman, but not the brand/dealership, so I began to look around, Honda, Toyota, Mazda, even Lincoln we’re all on my Radar, but I kept coming back to the Mazda brand, the 6 in particular, so I finally stopped in at Ray Skillman, and I was greeted by a very nice and professional salesman named Caleb Hafley, he fully explained all of the features, benefits, and safety items on the 6 prior to test drive. Long story short, I fell in love with the car, and a deal was made the same day! The day after purchase, I discovered a small scuff on one of the wheels, showed it to Caleb, and he agreed to take care of it for me. On the day I was to drop the car off, I was greeted by the Service Manager (whose name escapes me, but he was wonderful) who said the person they use to repair wheels misunderstood the time of my appointment, and that they had me set up with a loaner, all I had to do was see Vince Freeman...Vince had a new ‘18 CX5 waiting, I signed some paperwork, and away I went! No hassles, no being made to feel as a nuisance, just very much at home. Another thing, I’ve made several stops for various things after purchase, all of the staff greet me warmly and most even know my name! I’ve NEVER been treated this well anywhere else, you truly have a fine staff at Skillman, whatever you’re doing hiring and training wise, I ask that you continue it, you guys ROCK!!! More than expected! I didn't have an appointment so I thought I would drop the car off and see if they could work in the work (oil change and brake pad evaluation). Well I didn't have an appointment so I thought I would drop the car off and see if they could work in the work (oil change and brake pad evaluation). Well....turns out they ran the 60,000 maintenance including transmission service, front end alignment, etc, etc. And they were finished at the end of the day. Jamie informed me of the anticipated completion and when the test drive indicated a slight pull at the end of the day, they didn't hand me the keys, they made sure everything met the specifications required to make sure I drove home in a fully repaired, prepped and clean car! Very much appreciated. More
