Leased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra. Emerson was absolutely wonderful. He was very nice and helpful. He made things very easy. The only complaint I have is with Brian Schultz. He tried to sell me the insurance for road hazard and I said no. He got very belligerent and raised his voice. He shoved a map in my face about locations of potholes and drew me a picture tires being much more narrow than before. I am fully aware of both facts, I am not stupid. He then yelled at me about the repairs people have to pay for concerning said potholes. I am, unlike some people, a very careful driver. I will take my chances and save my money, other than spending it for nothing. He was not very friendly. All the others were very nice. I have already recommended Ray Skillman to many people. More
