I’m completely dissatisfied with my experience at this dealership. After realizing I made a poor decision, I asked about returning the car and getting my old one back. Instead of support, I received hosti dealership. After realizing I made a poor decision, I asked about returning the car and getting my old one back. Instead of support, I received hostility—Matt from finance called and yelled at me. Alaina, the business manager, promised to help but only followed up after I left a negative review. She then told me the dealership’s reply to my review was just an automated response. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and accountability is unacceptable. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. More
