I found Orlando very knowledgeable with Kia products and services. It was pleasant to work with him on my vehicle purchase. Purchasing was never made so easy before. From the initial sales contact through the vehicle delivery, it was the most enjoyable time in purchasing a vehicle that I’ve ever had. From the receptionist to the finance manager, there was nothing but professionalism with friendliness. Every person I spoke to added to my positive experience. I have even been contacted by the service manager. He introduced himself and offered any assistance with any issue that might crop up. All in all, Orlando and the Regal team made me very happy with my purchase.
