Quoted me almost $500 to replace a $50 tailgate latch. I had already researched this part for its price. I had someone do the job for $250. You give dealerships a bad name. Also, the service person said to text her anytime. When I did I got no response. I still have the texts. The service manager didn’t even have the xxxxx to leave his office after hearing I was upset about the price. I walked over to where my car was sitting and drove it back to the pickup area. None of your employees actions displayed professionalism. BTW, I was just there for my trailer hitch recall. I’m not even sure this was really fixed. More
