Ed Box was a fantastic salesperson. He listened to our needs/wants and helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family. While other dealerships made me feel pressured, Ed was upfront with us about the importance of deciding quickly yet never made us feel rushed. Additionally, unlike other dealerships, Ed never spoke poorly about the other cars we were considering. I really appreciated his ethics and professionalism. Ed worked with finance manager Barry to help us find a very fair payment that fit our budget. They both made the experience as easy and stress-free as possible. This was our third purchase from Ed at Regal Kia; I expect there will be others in the future, and hopefully not just for us--I have already made a recommendation to a friend. Thank you!! More
